What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a supervisory or junior management role in hospitality (bonus points if you've worked in a high-energy environment before)
  • A natural leader who loves being on the floor, interacting with guests, and getting your hands dirty to support your team
  • A sports fan who enjoys being part of the action
  • The ability to balance the hustle - you'll juggle daily tasks while always keeping an eye on the big picture
  • A coach at heart, passionate about training and developing your team into the next wave of Winghaus stars
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment and knows how to bring the energy to match the game-day vibes
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
