Invested Talent is seeking a Brand Specialist for a 12-month contract with full flexibility and a competitive salary package.

The Brand Specialist will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships. Reporting to the Brand & Partnerships Lead, this role will help grow awareness, consideration, and preference of the organisation's whole-of-health proposition.

Brand Specialist

$120k + Super

12-Month Fixed Term

Full working flexibility but expectation to head to office 1/2 times per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of brand, digital, and integrated marketing activity plans.
  • Embed long-term brand strategy through messaging frameworks and consistent narratives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints: digital, print, social, events, and activations.
  • Contribute to annual brand and partnerships planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and agencies to deliver impactful, on-brand campaigns.
  • Manage brand approvals and maintain a comprehensive brand hub and asset suite.
  • Support the delivery of partnerships and activations that enhance brand reputation.
  • Monitor, review, and optimise brand performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Champion brand governance, processes, and standards across all channels.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Brand, or Communications with 5–7 years' experience.
  • Strong background in brand strategy, management, creative development, and storytelling.
  • Proven track record delivering integrated brand programs and campaigns.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in large organisations and with external agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong eye for design, cultural trends, and creative innovation.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience in health, financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product/experience design processes.
