Valuer

We're seeking a seasoned, professional, and personable Valuer to join our Valuations team, delivering high-quality valuations for our Industrial and Corporate clients. You'll be part of a collaborative national team that prides itself on providing prompt, accurate, and compliant services. This role may involve interstate and regional travel.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conducting a mix of desktop and on-site valuations across a variety of industries.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Delivering valuations with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and quality, ensuring optimal outcomes for both our clients and Grays.

What We're Looking For

  • Accredited Australian valuation qualifications (ASA, API, or AVAA).
  • Proven experience in valuations, with a strong understanding of industry standards.
  • A track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated compliance experience in report preparation.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive, team-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
