Project Manager – Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a critical software integration project, focused on migrating to a new scheduling and billing platform. This is a fixed term contract opportunity, suited to someone who can hit the ground running and drive delivery in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a major software integration project, with a focus on scheduling and billing system migration.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved.
  • Oversee billing processes, budgets, and financial tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate and engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Provide clear reporting, risk management, and project governance updates.


Skills & Experience

  • Strong track record in project delivery, ideally with exposure to software integration.
  • Expertise in scheduling and billing system implementation or migration.
  • Excellent project planning, financial management, and reporting capability.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management with strong communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in a hybrid working environment.
  • Available for an immediate start.

Contract Details

  • Fixed term contract (duration to be confirmed).
  • Brisbane-based, hybrid work arrangement.
