We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Casual Barperson. If you have a love for all things beer, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to dive into the world of craft brewing, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Bar Operations:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our diverse range of craft beers.
  • Efficiently manage the bar during busy periods, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers.

Keg Handling:

  • Assist in the handling, filling, and cleaning of kegs.
  • Monitor keg levels and coordinate with the brewing team to ensure a steady supply of fresh beer.

General Venue:

  • Participate in opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown of the bar area.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality role is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for craft beer and a desire to learn about brewing processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Basic knowledge of keg handling and cleaning procedures is advantageous.
