As the Senior Adviser, Program Design and Delivery you will lead projects or work related to the design, delivery and evaluation of capability development initiatives to strengthen the performance and professionalism of the VPS.

What you'll do

  • Lead projects or work related to the design, delivery and evaluation of capability development initiatives for key cohorts (e.g. graduates and executives)
  • Manage contracts and procurement for capability initiatives and learning delivery
  • Develop high-quality documentation, briefings and digital learning content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across VPSC and the VPS to shape fit-for-purpose offerings
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team culture

Who we're looking for

  • Experience designing and delivering capability development programs and/or events
  • Strong content creation skills across multiple formats (e.g. online, in-person, digital)
  • Knowledge of Victorian Government procurement and contract management processes
  • Proven ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • A positive, proactive team member committed to inclusion and continuous improvement
