The Good Grocer Cellar has a new opportunity for a Liquor Manager to join and lead our Good Grocer Cellar team in Karratha.

As Liquor Store Manager you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Good Grocer Cellar in store, leading your team to deliver an exceptional offering to our customers.

We are looking for not just a retailer but someone who is passionate about all things drink related and who can lead their team, who embraces change and can create a market leading offer for the Karratha community.

The position is a permanent full-time salaried position with an incentive scheme.

Skills required

  • Previous Liquor Store Manager experience or similar experience is desired

  • Experience leading and developing a team

  • Financial acumen and experience in managing GP, sales, budgets and wages

  • Exceptional customer service experience and merchandising ability

  • Excellent knowledge of wines, beers, spirits and the liquor industry

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Approved Manager

  • Driving sales and achieving targets

  • To lead and develop your team

  • To ensure customers receive an exceptional shopping experience

  • Ensure adherence to all licensing regulations
