You'll be responsible for coordinating production planning, managing materials and stock levels, and supporting efficient workflow across our operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring our production schedules run smoothly and customer orders are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production and material plans using the MRP system.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage reorder points, and coordinate with purchasing to ensure materials availability.
  • Work closely with the production/sales team to balance workload and capacity.
  • Identify process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on material usage, stock control, and production status.
  • Support procurement as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in production planning, MRP, or inventory management (manufacturing experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with MRP/ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
