Position: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – Energy Storage (Australia)

Location: Remote (Australia based) with flexibility for client travel

Compensation: Competitive, negotiable (USD 85, ,000/annually (depending on experience) and we are open for salary negotiation

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
to drive our energy storage business in Australia. This role will focus on
market development, client relationship management, and sales execution
. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong track record in sales within the
energy storage, battery, or renewable energy sector
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Australian energy storage market
  • Build, maintain, and expand long-term customer relationships
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to support business strategy
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth delivery of projects and client requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in
    sales, business development, or account management
    in energy storage, batteries, or renewable energy
  • Proven ability to develop sales channels and close deals in the energy sector
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills
  • Fluent in
    English
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with willingness to travel as required
