About the role

As a valued Service Technician at Snowy River Bundaberg, you will play a vital role in repairing, servicing, and preparing caravans for sale, as well as fitting accessories. This full-time, permanent position offers stability with working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform scheduled servicing and maintenance of caravans

· Conduct warranty and insurance repairs

· Fit aftermarket accessories, appliances, and electrical components

· Diagnose and resolve 12v wiring faults

· Use carpentry skills for re-sheeting, cabinetry, and water damage repairs

· Assist with light fabrication work and general servicing tasks

· Operate forklifts to move caravans (forklift license desirable)

We're Looking For:

We welcome candidates with the following backgrounds:

· Mechanical expertise or ability will be key in performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

· Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will be valuable for re-sheeting, cabinetry installations, and repair work.

· Your electrical ability or interest will be essential in diagnosing and fixing 12v systems, installing aftermarket electrical components, and ensuring caravan safety.

Skills and Experience:

· Relevant experience or interests in the above

· Proven ability to listen to instructions and learn.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, friendly disposition

· High levels of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

· A demonstrated commitment to safety

Current open driver's license (essential) and forklift ticket (highly desirable
