The Role

In this role, you will lead and manage the development and execution of business improvement projects and initiatives, as well as leads the Business Improvement team within the Branch.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a small team of Business Improvement Officers
  • Leading and managing the design, development, and implementation of improvements to business processes, and systems, in consultation with the senior management, and relevant stakeholders
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of improvement initiatives to senior leaders
  • Managing quality assurance for business processes in the Branch.
