You'll be part of a high-performing project delivery team made up of professionals at different career stages, all working together to deliver complex and strategic initiatives. About the Role

We have opportunities for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers within our project delivery stream. In these roles, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives that advance enterprise and client objectives. You'll manage resources, timelines, and risks while working across disciplines to ensure successful outcomes. At senior levels, you'll also play a key role in uplifting project delivery maturity, mentoring others, and embedding program-level thinking to support strategic alignment and long-term capability growth.

What You'll Do

We have opportunities across multiple roles and levels within the project delivery stream, offering the chance to contribute and grow in a dynamic, outcomes-focused environment. You will:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects aligned with enterprise and client objectives.
• Collaborate across teams to manage resources, risks, and timelines, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Apply project management frameworks to develop documentation, evaluate options, and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support transparency and alignment.
• For senior-level roles: coach and mentor others, uplift project delivery maturity, and embed program level thinking to support strategic alignment and future capability growth.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for candidates across various levels within the project delivery stream who bring a mix of technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering impactful outcomes. You'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering complex projects using structured project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with risk management, project governance, and compliance within complex or regulated environments.
• A commitment to professional growth, adaptability, and contributing to a high-performing team culture.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance (NV1 or higher may be required).
• For senior-level roles: experience mentoring others, uplifting project delivery maturity, and applying program-level thinking to support strategic alignment and future capability growth.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience. 
• Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
