Job Overview:

The Global Director of Product role is pivotal in shaping the product roadmap by working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders including clinical, executive, and operational, to deeply understand end-user needs and hospital workflows. You'll drive the development of impactful solutions, lead the product strategy, and ensure alignment with our go-to-market (GTM) objectives across current and future markets.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that requires a blend of product vision, healthcare domain expertise, and technical fluency. You will be responsible for translating complex clinical and operational needs into scalable product solutions that deliver measurable impact. As a senior leader, you'll guide cross-functional teams, influence global product direction, and ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of hospital intelligence innovation.

The role will report into the CEO. Success in this role requires an understanding of healthcare or adjacent sector systems, strong product leadership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with clarity and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Product Team for the organisation, developing staff competencies and contributing to product delivery processes.
• Engage with clinical and executive leaders across hospitals to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities for product innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer success, and commercial teams to translate insights into scalable product features.
• Lead the development of new analyses and enhancements to existing features, ensuring alignment with clinical and operational goals.
• Actively contribute to product strategy discussions, bringing a global perspective and a deep understanding of healthcare delivery models.
• Develop and maintain clear, standardised product documentation, including language that supports consistent product messaging and education.
• Educate internal teams on product capabilities, clinical context, and customer needs to ensure alignment across functions.
• Facilitate solution design workshops and feedback loops with customers to validate product direction and usability.
• Support GTM strategies by understanding product requirements and market nuances across both current and target geographies.
• Champion a one-team culture, fostering collaboration, transparency, and shared ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

About You:

• Excellent communication and ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading a product team in a software development context (highly desirable).
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as health informatics, computer science, biomedical engineering, data and analytics, or business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Proven track record in leading product strategy and development, preferably in healthtech, enterprise SaaS, or clinical decision support platforms
• 7+ years of experience in product leadership roles, including managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex solutions in healthcare or adjacent industries.
• Familiarity with real-time data platforms, workflow tools, performance analytics, or AI-driven solutions is desirable.
