EVH is seeking a Strategy & Growth Director to help shape the next chapter of our agency's evolution.

This is a hands-on, leadership role for a strategic thinker who thrives in culture, creativity, and commercial growth.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and senior team to translate insight into impact - driving strategies that build brands, deepen client relationships, and deliver measurable results.

You Will

  • Develop and deliver strategies across luxury, lifestyle, fashion, wellness and technology clients.
  • Analyse market and cultural trends, and emerging technologies to uncover opportunities for clients and the agency.
  • Lead new business procurement, from pitch development to presentation to on-boarding.
  • Build and grow client relationships by providing clear, strategic advice, presenting ideas persuasively, and delivering solutions that drive measurable business results.
  • Partner with account teams to deliver integrated campaigns that perform.
  • Contribute to agency growth initiatives and innovation programs.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable team culture with continuous skill development.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years' experience in brand, PR & communications, media or creative strategy.
  • Experience across luxury, wellness, property, or design sectors highly desirable.
  • Proven record translating insights into actionable creative and commercial outcomes.
  • Confident presenting ideas, leading workshops, and influencing decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of cultural trends, brand positioning, and modern media.
  • Naturally collaborative, fast, curious, and commercially sharp.
  • Solid and up to date network in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Sydney based and willing to predominantly work in the Darlinghurst office.
