As our Senior Manager of Cyber Security reporting to the Head of Cyber Security Consulting and Compliance, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for a team of cybersecurity consultants, ensuring their growth and development while aligning with the Head of Security Consulting and Compliance's vision.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will foster collaboration across teams, including project teams, technical teams, and governance/risk management, to manage cyber risks and implement necessary security practices effectively.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for a team of cybersecurity consultants, driving growth and development within the practice area.

  • Define the skills, experience, and career frameworks necessary for successful project delivery in cybersecurity.

  • Develop and implement a dynamic approach to resource management, including selection, onboarding, specialist induction, coaching, performance management, and quality assurance for the consulting team.

  • Lead by example by actively participating in major strategic projects as required.

  • Work with the Head of Security Consulting and Compliance to understand capital project, business change, and assurance supply requirements, ensuring the team effectively meets security needs across the organisation.

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated ability and proven 10

  • years cyber management consulting and

experience with preparing presentations and reports for executive and senior management.

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across business and technology staff.

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering communications and training activities.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and manage process documentation

  • Accredited tertiary qualifications in an Information Technology, Cyber Security, Governance, Business or a related discipline

You are an experienced Senior Manager specialising in Cybersecurity, with a proven track record of providing strategic leadership to cybersecurity teams while driving growth and development within the practice area. Your expertise ensures the successful implementation of robust and scalable security solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Your role will be pivotal in driving impactful outcomes and shaping future solutions by effectively managing cyber risks and implementing essential security practices.
