As our Cyber Resilience Operations Analyst reporting to the Head of Cyber Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of The Stars Cyber Resilience Operations team which includes: Cyber incident assessment, triage, and investigation, Proactive vulnerability assessment and running Corporate cyber awareness programs.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be overseeing and reporting on cyber threats while ensuring adherence to The Star Entertainment Group's Code of Conduct, internal policies, and regulatory standards. The role requires a vigilant eye on compliance with both internal protocols and external regulations, ensuring the organisation remains secure and aligned with governance mandates.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Analysis, investigation and response to potential cyber threats
- Respond to customer queries
- Gather, collate, analyse and present threat intelligence to Cyber Resilience Operations Manager
- Deployment of simulated phishing campaigns
- Collate, deploy, and action information asset access reviews
What we are looking for:
- Accredited tertiary qualifications in an Information Technology, Business, or a related industry certification
- Demonstrated ability to prepare presentations and reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across business and technology staff
- Demonstrated ability to understand and manage process documentation

You excel in self-motivation, precise planning, and technical expertise. You prioritise building a customer-centric culture and fostering trust and teamwork. Your effective communication skills ensure seamless execution of cyber operations, safeguarding security systems.
