With a strong pipeline for 2025/26, we have the exciting opportunity to add an experienced Contracts Administrator to the team. Our project values generally vary between $3m - $15m.

About You
- Tertiary degree or qualification in related field
- Minimum two (2) years CA experience
in the retail, hospitality and commercial sectors. Ideally working on projects larger than $3m. - Highly organised & attention to detail
- Solution focused, with the ability to professionally manage issues as they arise in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Project Applications
- Preferred experience in Cubit, Vista & Procore
Job Description
- Manage the procurement and administration of project works including subcontractor packages.
- Ownership of the client's day to day commercial & contractual needs.
- Monitoring all suppliers & subcontractor invoices & progress claims.
- Assist your Project Manager in co-ordinating & oversee client and stakeholder meetings.
- Develop a strong understanding of each project.
- Knowledge and understanding of WHS requirements, industry standards and complies with company policies and procedures.
- Builds professional business relationships internally and externally.
- Assist your Project Manager in mentoring & training junior staff members.
