A rare exciting and long-term opportunity is available for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our award winning friendly team in a task based environment, delivering a streamlined service to both landlords and tenants with a focus on outstanding customer service and positive outcomes.

Duties & responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Application processing, end to end
  • Listing/Advertising properties for lease
  • Conducting entry, vacate and routine inspections
  • Owner and tenant updates on all for lease properties
  • Conducting regular inspections on all for lease properties
  • Conducting new lease sign ups and lease renewals
  • Invoicing (water, solar, etc)
  • Develop and maintain procedural manuals and processes specific to role
  • Ensure accurate filing and copying of all documents
  • Participate in resolving tenancy disputes when and if required
  • Answer office phone, property management mobile and email enquiry
  • Keep up to date with legislation and industry changes
  • To maintain a corporate and professional level of presentation and conduct at all times
  • Maintain a positive working environment at all times
  • Participate in team training and development

Skills & experience:

  • Current Certificate of Registration  -  THIS IS NEEDED TO APPLY   Only applicants with this requirement will be contacted.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and computer literate
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Positive can-do attitude with an interest in self development
  • Fully autonomous with PropertyMe
  • Realworks, Pricefinder, RP Data experience
  • Highly motivated to be the very best in your field and want to make people happy
  • Ability to diffuse conflict and resolve disputes with a "win - win" approach
