As a Service Shift Leader, you will be at the heart of our mission to craft an inviting, vibrant environment where both customers and team members can thrive. In this pivotal role, you'll inspire, guide, and energise the team, ensuring a seamless, elevated experience for our guests while upholding the highest standards of brand integrity and food safety. Your leadership will be the driving force that shapes our success.

  • Proven leadership skills and qualities demonstrated through past roles.
  • A commitment to excellence, an eye for detail and a drive for precision.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility in managing a dynamic work schedule.
  • Valid Australian working rights.
  • Completion or willingness to complete a Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
  • Completion or willingness to complete a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to adapt and take initiative in responding to customer and team needs.
  • A self-driven mindset with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

Pay: $24.95 – $33.00 per hour
