We're looking for Casual Shift Leaders who love connecting with people, bringing good energy to every shift, and are ready to take on extra responsibility in helping our pop-up stores run smoothly.

Role Overview

As a Casual Shift Leader, you'll do everything our Customer Assistants do – creating joy-filled moments for customers, keeping the store looking beautiful, and helping the team succeed – while also taking the lead in opening and closing our pop-up stores.

It's a hands-on, customer-first role with a little extra responsibility – perfect if you're dependable, organised, and ready to take ownership.

What You'll Do

  • Create unforgettable in-store experiences with genuine care, personality, and attention
  • Light up the shopfloor by achieving your goals and supporting team success
  • Keep the store inviting and aligned to our brand and visual standards
  • Be a go-to expert on all things dusk – from fragrances to festive gifting
  • Take responsibility for opening and closing our pop-up stores (including tills, store readiness, and end-of-day procedures)
  • Support your teammates and help keep the energy high during the busiest time of year
