Kitchen Manager responsibilities include supervising the food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully stocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. In this role you manage our kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time and within TokyoTaco® expected time frames of under 4 mins during normal periods and under 9 mins during peak trade periods. Ultimately, you will ensure all menu items are properly cooked and served to standard with our customers experiencing a pleasant dining experience.
