**The Role**

As a **Shift Leader**, you will be responsible for;
- Leading the team during busy services o Motivating and engaging the team to meet all quality standards
- Confidently monitor and control food safety and quality procedures
- Crew training
- Proactively enhancing guest experiences
- Knowledgeable about the menu’s offering, items, ingredients, and production

**What We Are Looking For**

If this role interests, you and you can demonstrate that you have:

- Experience leading a team within a fast-paced environment
- A focus on excellence, accuracy, and perfection down to the smallest detail
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work a rotating roster which will include mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
- Australian working rights o Hold a current RSA
- Well presented
- Point of Sales system and EFTPOS machine experience
- Can bring a positively infectious attitude to the team
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Show ability to be versatile and show initiative to customer requests
- Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newtown, NSW 2042: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
