Established in 2006, Credit Connect Group (CCG) is a leader in Non-Bank Lending and First Mortgage Investments in Australia. CCG holds an AFSL and operates a mortgage fund, raises investor capital and finances various Australian properties.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Associate to join our Borrower Services Team, specialising in the processing and administration of non-coded loans (e.g. business purpose, investment, or commercial loans). In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end loan process, managing borrower interactions, and supporting the credit and risk teams to ensure high-quality execution and compliance with internal credit policies.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in commercial lending within a high-performing non-bank lender environment.

This role is based in the Robina/Gold Coast office and works closely with members of the Borrower Services Team to ensure timely and accurate loan applications, while maintaining a high standard of credit quality and support the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Processing & Deal Execution:

  • Coordinate documentation from enquiry to settlement processes for non-coded loan transactions following a standardised methodology and process
  • Review borrower applications, financials, and supporting documents for completeness and consistency.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure loan files comply with internal policies and credit approval conditions.

Settlement:

  • Track receipt of required post-settlement documentation (e.g. valuations, insurances).

Data & Systems Management:

  • Maintain accurate loan and borrower records in the loan management system (e.g. CRM).

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in commercial lending, loan processing, or borrower servicing (non-coded loans preferred).
  • Solid understanding of non-bank lending practices, including legal documentation and credit assessment fundamentals.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — confident working with borrowers, brokers, lawyers, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with loan/CRM systems.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure across multiple transactions.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to commercial, business purpose, or investment property lending.
  • Understanding of commercial loan documentation (e.g. mortgages, general security agreements and guarantees).
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC for non-consumer lending clients, including trusts, companies, and directors.
