**The Position**

Trident’s integrated services team at Robina Town Centre delivers the customer service, security, cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance programmes. As a member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for:

- Greeting customers - in office or roaming the centre at various information boards
- Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries
- Issuing Robina Town Centre gift vouchers
- Issuing mobility aids for use in the centre
- Liaising with centre management and tenants
- Assisting centre management in marketing and other centre initiatives

**Skills and Experience**

You will have:

- Excellent personal presentation
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Effective listening skills
- Impeccable presentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
