About the role
Roberts Gardiner Architects' is seeking an experienced Registered Project Architect to join our dynamic and innovative design team in Albany, WA. As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering architectural projects from concept to completion, contributing to the ongoing success and growth of our well regarded practice.
What you'll be doing
- Design and development of architectural projects, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and the wider project team
- Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of projects
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and permits
- Provide on-site support and project management during the construction phase
What we're looking for
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent, with 5+ years of post-qualification experience and hold an Architects Registration in Australia
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex architectural projects, ideally within a similar practice or sector
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit , 3D modelling, and project management tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and the wider project team
- Passion for sustainable and innovative design, with a commitment to creating built environments that enhance the lives of their occupants
