We are seeking an Integrated Solutions Lead CE Developer to join our Digital Technology team. For over 150 years, our schools, colleges, early learning centres and out of school care programs have been an integral part of education in Western Australia.
About the Role
The role of Integrated Solutions Lead CE Developer belongs to the Digital Technology team in the Finance, Infrastructure and Digital Technology directorate. We have five office campuses across the state and this role will be based at our West Leederville office. As Integrated Solutions Lead CE Developer, you will oversee the design, improvement and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring alignment with CEWA’s strategic priorities and best practices.
You will lead sprint execution and backlog refinement, collaborate with internal SMEs and solution architects, and develop CRM customisations and integrations. This role also ensures platform compatibility with Microsoft’s evergreen model, maintains technical documentation, and mentors junior developers.
Responsibilities and Requirements
This is a full-time ongoing position. The successful applicant will have experience leading Dynamics 365 CE development projects, including sprint execution and backlog management, and advanced skills in CRM development, including plugins, workflows, and integrations.

Selection Criteria
- Support for the Catholic ethos
- Experience leading Dynamics 365 CE development projects, including sprint execution and backlog management
- Ability to align development with strategic priorities through collaboration with team leaders and solution architects
- Advanced skills in CRM development, including plugins, workflows, and integrations
- Agile experience, including facilitating feedback loops with SMEs and guiding solution design
- Strong understanding of platform configuration vs. customisation for evergreen compatibility
- Commitment to Microsoft architecture standards and proactive adaptation to platform updates
- Knowledge of CEWA’s regulatory, security, and architectural standards
- Experience in code reviews, documentation, and quality assurance
- Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (XRM), .NET, and C#
Highly Desirable
- Experience supporting education organisations
- 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CE development
- Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, SQL, APIM, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Webjobs, Power Pages)
- A cover letter briefly addressing the selection criteria
