This international firm is going through a period of growth and currently recruiting for their market-leading banking and finance team in Melbourne. They have uniquely positioned themselves as a global firm with a local feel by having small, close-knit teams that are well connected to their worldwide network.

This is a great opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate with at least 3+ years' post admission experience to join one of the world's leading firms. Unlike other larger firms, their banking & finance practice is not siloed, allowing you to work across a range of banking and finance matters, eventually building your own unique practice.

Working closely with two pre-eminent partners who are passionate about training and developing their team, you will gain exposure to a variety of national and international banking and finance transactions. This team advises borrowers, lenders and sponsors on debt capital markets and securitisations, acquisition and leveraged finance, property and project finance and much more

Joining this firm, you will be a part of a close-knit team of likeminded professionals who work collaboratively and support one another. You'll work closely with clients on a variety of bespoke and complex deals, receive excellent support, training and genuine career progression as well as the opportunity to go on secondments in any other of their offices worldwide.
