About the role

You will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of key development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and with the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role that will see you work directly with the founder to unlock and execute high-impact growth opportunities and deliver strategic initiatives that support the company's growth objectives.

The suitable candidate will have previous experience as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying new market verticals (e.g. ADHD, dermatology, longevity, men's health)
  • Building commercial partnerships (clinics, GPs, influencers, health brands)
  • Driving patient acquisition strategies alongside marketing
  • Launching growth pilots (e.g. new geographic markets, product upsells)
  • Exploring international expansion (US, NZ, UK)
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies to minimise disruptions and ensure on-time completion
  • Provide regular progress updates and reporting to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in pharmacy as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager
  • Commercial mindset with proven revenue-generation results
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Able to own and execute strategy end-to-end
  • Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and highly proactive
