About Our Team
The Customer Solutions team leads BCE's IT project portfolio, acting as the bridge between IT capabilities and customer needs. They ensure that technology solutions enhance customer interactions, improve experiences, and support BCE's growth. The team fosters a culture of continuous innovation through collaboration and transparency, delivering valuable business outcomes across the digital ecosystem.

Summary
As the Manager, Technology Engagement, you will be the key connector between IT and business needs, acting as the single point of contact for technology requests across the organization. You'll drive digital transformation by identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement, oversee the implementation of major technology programs, and ensure initiatives are prioritized and integrated into strategic planning.

About The Opportunity
In this position you will:

  • Act as the single point of contact for business requests, bridging customers and IT to improve interactions and experiences
  • Drive digital transformation by identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and support BCE's growth
  • Oversee the implementation of significant programs of work, ensuring technology initiatives are captured, prioritised, and integrated into the ePMO
  • Manage and influence strategic decisions across BCE and the education sector, promoting BCE's priorities and initiatives
  • Provide advanced advice, support, and coordination to stakeholders, guiding executive leadership with evidence, analysis, and emerging risks
  • Lead and facilitate customer explorations to improve experience, drive cultural transformation, and foster a customer-focused team
  • Mentor specialists and lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop work plans aligned with BCE's priorities
  • Promote continuous improvement in project management by streamlining processes and ensuring efficient management of scope, outcomes, timeframes, budget, and resources

About You
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:

  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans
  • Actively identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving complex issues effectively
  • Led teams, managing projects, and overseeing operations, in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams or departments and positively influence outcomes
  • Being a member of a Senior Leadership Team and providing subject matter expertise to Executive level
  • Project management or organisational change qualifications and/or demonstrated experience delivering complex IT programs on time and within budget
