About you
  • Proven leadership experience in community aged care, with a focus on service delivery, performance, and people development
  • A sound understanding of consumer-directed care, wellness and reablement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong skills in planning, change management, budgeting, risk oversight, and reporting
  • The ability to work effectively in dynamic and evolving environments
  • A collaborative and adaptable approach, with high levels of self-awareness, resilience, and cultural sensitivity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems
