Job Description: The Business Relationship Manager at Nestle is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders. They act as a bridge between the business units and the IT department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive business objectives. The Business Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units, understanding their needs and aligning IT strategies to support their objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and applications, recommending enhancements or upgrades as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of IT systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and best practices.
- Familiarity with enterprise software applications and technologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
