Job Description: The Business Relationship Manager at Nestle is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders. They act as a bridge between the business units and the IT department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive business objectives. The Business Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and senior management.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to business units, understanding their needs and aligning IT strategies to support their objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and drive operational efficiency.
  5. Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  6. Provide guidance and support to business units on technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.
  7. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and applications, recommending enhancements or upgrades as needed.
  9. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  3. Strong business acumen and understanding of IT systems and processes.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  5. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
  6. Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  7. Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and best practices.
  8. Familiarity with enterprise software applications and technologies.
  9. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
  10.  Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
