Your Role

• Managing a beautiful, well-maintained property portfolio of 160 properties, focusing on client satisfaction.
• Nurturing strong, enduring relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants.
• Providing strategic oversight and management of repairs and maintenance requests (supported by a dedicated team).
• Proactively managing rental arrears and implementing strategies to minimise them.
• Conducting timely rent reviews and coordinating lease renewals with the support of a dedicated leasing team.

About You

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Possession of a reliable car and a valid driver's license.
