We are currently looking for Full-Time Recruitment Resourcers to join our team.

About the role

As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be an integral part of our team. The role contributes to and supports efficient daily operations. You will be working as a part of a friendly and ambitious team, have a high level of attention to detail and possess a positive can-do attitude. Previous experience in healthcare or aged care environments would be an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, screen, onboard and mobilise suitable candidates
  • Thinking "outside the box" for candidate attraction
  • Advertise vacancies on Seek, Indeed, social media and other platforms
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks and document verification
  • Arrange candidates' induction and training to meet clients' requirements
  • Update and maintain recruitment database
  • Nurture welcoming and positive relationships with all stakeholders
  • Any other tasks that maybe assigned within the scope of practice by the Supervisor/Manager

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Developed abilities and experience using sourcing platforms and social media.
  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with proactive and hard-working attitude.
  • Ability to problem solve and make recommendations on improving processes or procedures.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or aged care environments would be an advantage.
