THE ROLE - WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Our client are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage daily warehouse operations at Larapinta depot. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving performance, accuracy and safety.

The successful candidate will perform the below duties including, but not limited to:

  • Oversee and manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, stock handling and dispatch to meet productivity targets
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular audits and manage replenishment to minimise discrepancies and waste
  • Implement efficient processes for inventory control, handling of goods and shipping operations
  • Promptly resolve customer queries and ensure service excellence
  • Manage staffing levels, lead onboarding and performance-manage team members.
  • Ensure timely, accurate reporting and communicate operational insights or issues with internal stakeholders to drive improvement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Three or more years' experience in warehousing or 3PL environments
  • Two or more years in a warehouse supervisory role
  • Hold a current Forklift licence
  • Warehouse Supervisor experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse systems
  • Strong problem-solving, adaptability and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead by example
