We’re a big team, but every individual plays a pivotal role and leaves a distinctive impact. **About the role** The role of a team member plays a key role in ensuring that the right stock gets to the right store at the right time for our customers. Primary Connect is constantly changing to meet business demands. This position requires a strong sense of teamwork and focus on safety to ensure that the goods are dispatched in a timely manner. Your commitment and alignment to advocacy for our purpose of "connecting communities with the products they need and love" will help drive the success of the DC. **What you’ll do** - Pick orders accurately and in a timely manner within a temperature controlled environment (2 - 3 degrees) - Work with voice picking technology - Assemble and packaging stock appropriately for despatch - Operating manual handling equipment - Capacity to work in a physically demanding role to meet replenishment targets - Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment - Work with Team Members to optimise warehouse processes and improve efficiency - Adhere to all company and safety policies, protocols and guidelines **What you’ll bring** - The ability to repetitively lift and handle items up to 16 kg - Previous experience in a temperature controlled environment desirable - A strong attention to detail - The ability to understand and interpret audio instructions - Be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills - Previous pick / packer experience will be highly regarded - The ability to pass a Police Check and physical assessment and - Be comfortable learning how to use various warehouse equipment **What you’ll experience** - Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love - Free uniform & onsite parking - Comprehensive on the job & safety training **Endless possibilities with Woolworths Group** We're a proud part of the Woolworths Group - 200,000+ bright minds, passionate hearts and unique perspectives working together connected by a shared Purpose - ‘to create better experiences together for a better tomorrow.
