**The Role**
We’re seeking an experienced **AM Supervisor** to oversee morning transport operations in Stapylton. This hands-on role will see you managing freight flow, shift resources, compliance, and team performance while ensuring safe and efficient service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee inbound and outbound freight operations to ensure timely and safe movement of goods
- Manage shift resources efficiently to meet operational targets
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
- Lead, support, and develop the AM shift team, including onboarding and performance management
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate reporting and communicate operational issues to drive improvements

**About You**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in transport and logistics
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Sound knowledge of compliance, safety, and operational procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and transport management systems
