A bit about the role

As a Risk Graduate within BNK, you will be mentored and given the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills on managing risk and compliance. The role will assist the risk team with completing risk assessments, identifying operational improvements, and undertaking risk analysis and insight.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders across all business units to understand their processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk, Compliance, or other relevant discipline

What you will be doing

This is an exciting and challenging role and you will:

Assist in reviewing and documenting risks and controls to mitigate risks

• Contribute to the review and maintenance of policies
• Support the Risk team in conducting risk assessments for new projects and change initiatives
• Support BNK's regulatory change management by assisting with monitoring, assessment, and implementation of new or amended compliance obligations
• Analyse processes and recommend improvements to enhance internal controls
• Assist with developing training and guidance on risk management
• Develop confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
