There's real work to be done in:
- Providing general administrative support to the Account Managers and Regional Director.
- Assistance with internal and external client queries and handling calls.
- Maintaining accurate and thorough records within the document management system.
- Assisting with renewals, endorsements, new business submissions and claims settlements.
- Preparing correspondence such as pre-renewal and renewals. documentation.
- Producing confirmations of cover and similar documentation.
About you
You'll be looking for a unique opportunity to progress your career within a people focused environment. As an enthusiastic team player who understands the power of exceptional client service, you'll:
- Ideally be Tier 2 qualified (Tier 1 or Diploma highly regarded). Alternatively you may be a Graduate with some professional experience in another industry and be looking for a change.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, ask questions and see the bigger picture.
- Be a team player and motivated to contribute directly to the achievement of KPIs impacting client service commitments, revenue and client satisfaction.
- Possess well developed problem-solving abilities and be eager to use your initiative to ensure the efficient running and growth of the portfolio.
- Be accurate and offer great organisational skills allowing you to juggle multiple priorities.
- Display excellent communication skills allowing effective engagement with different stakeholders.
