There's real work to be done in:

• Providing general administrative support to the Account Managers and Regional Director.
• Assistance with internal and external client queries and handling calls.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records within the document management system.
• Assisting with renewals, endorsements, new business submissions and claims settlements.
• Preparing correspondence such as pre-renewal and renewals. documentation.
• Producing confirmations of cover and similar documentation.

About you

You'll be looking for a unique opportunity to progress your career within a people focused environment.  As an enthusiastic team player who understands the power of exceptional client service, you'll:

• Ideally be Tier 2 qualified (Tier 1 or Diploma highly regarded). Alternatively you may be a Graduate with some professional experience in another industry and be looking for a change.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, ask questions and see the bigger picture.
• Be a team player and motivated to contribute directly to the achievement of KPIs impacting client service commitments, revenue and client satisfaction.
• Possess well developed problem-solving abilities and be eager to use your initiative to ensure the efficient running and growth of the portfolio.
• Be accurate and offer great organisational skills allowing you to juggle multiple priorities.
• Display excellent communication skills allowing effective engagement with different stakeholders.
