East Melbourne Victoria, Australia Access Care Network Australia Full time $93,880 - $112,256 per year
Join Us and Shape the Future for Older Australians

Are you:

  • Someone who loves connecting with older people and are motivated by purpose-driven work in aged care?
  • Looking to leave your desk behind and enjoy a role that takes you places?
  • Seeking a fixed term contract with the possibility of extension?

At ACNA, we believe every resident matters — and we're looking for compassionate individuals who thrive on variety and being on the move to help us capture the experience of older Australians in Residential Aged Care Homes around Australia

What You'll Do:
  • Listen with purpose — conduct face-to-face surveys that give voice to aged care residents, using ACNA's trusted engagement approach.
  • Work on the move — travel between different homes, adapt to changing schedules, and keep things running smoothly, even when plans shift.
  • You love driving — the reality of our role is that we spend a lot of time driving between Aged Care Homes and listening to many podcasts, audio books and Taylor Swift (okay, Taylor is not for everyone).
  • Capture insights — use our systems to record interviews and ensure accurate, timely data that helps shape better care for older Australians.
  • Be part of something bigger — work independently while staying connected to a supportive team that values collaboration and shared learning.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • Empathetic communicator who loves spending their day connecting with older people.
  • Adaptable and flexible — thrives in changing environments and can adjust plans smoothly when needed.
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy — comfortable using systems to capture data accurately and efficiently.
  • Independent yet collaborative — able to work autonomously but really really love being part of a wider team culture.
  • Committed to quality and care — understands the importance of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • And…. people will have called you all sorts of different names. Authentic. Fun. Genuine. Brilliant. Approachable. A little bit cheeky
Why Join Us?
  • Purpose-Driven Work: Your contributions will directly impact the lives of older Australians, their families and communities.
  • Freedom & Support:  We welcome team members with diverse skills and interests, who value freedom and escaping the desk grind, require remote options and mental health resources.
  • Competitive Salary: $45.25 per hour plus guaranteed super, with generous salary packaging benefits of up to $15,899 per year and mileage reimbursement.
  • Learning Opportunities: Sure, we work hard and have contractual KPIs to meet, but we want you to have a great work experience with us and leave better off than when you arrived through the provision of great learning opportunities and clear connection to the leadership team.
