We're looking for a versatile mid-level Motion Graphics Designer to help bring our brand story to life across every channel. You'll combine design, motion and communication skills to craft creative content that connects — from campaign visuals and motion graphics to compelling written pieces.
This is a full-time role based within our Port Melbourne office.
Main duties of the role
Working within our Marketing & Communications team, you'll design and deliver impactful creative content that captures NTRO's Innovation Driven brand. You'll work on projects that range from motion graphics and short-form videos to reports, presentations, social media and internal communications.
This role collaborates closely with the Head of Brand & Creative and Marketing Manager to execute visual and written concepts that are intelligent, creative and dynamic. This role blends 50% design, 30% motion/video, and 20% communications, giving you the space to flex your creative range.
�� Your day-to-day may include:
- Designing campaign and corporate collateral across digital and print.
- Creating short animations, motion graphics and editing video content for social and events.
- Assisting with copywriting: social captions, EDMs, campaign messaging and internal comms.
- Ensuring all work aligns with NTRO's brand, tone of voice and visual identity.
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Managing multiple projects efficiently with strong attention to detail.
About you
You are a curious and creative designer who enjoys telling stories through visuals and words. You're confident using both design and motion tools, and you have a strong sense of how communication and visual storytelling come together to make an impact.
�� What you'll bring to the role:
- 3+ years' experience in design, motion or creative communications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience creating and editing video for web, social and events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong eye for layout, typography and composition
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and file management
- The ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences
- An interest in innovation, technology and creative problem solving
