We're looking for a Graphic Designer to bring July's brand to life across every touchpoint. From global campaigns to product packaging to digital content, you'll craft creative solutions that are polished, consistent, and engaging.

This is a role for someone who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and delivering work that's both beautifully designed and commercially impactful.

What You'll Do

  • Support in the conceptualisation and execution of global campaigns and promotions, ensuring all creative outputs are polished, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Execute high-quality, innovative and market-leading designs across all of our channels (digital, social, and print, with a particular focus on enhancing digital presence)
  • Identify and implement innovative creative solutions to continuously improve brand engagement and elevate July's visual identity.
  • Collaborate with the product team to design packaging that adheres to brand aesthetics while delivering a strong market impact.
  • Assist with additional design projects as required, ensuring workload deadlines are met and standards are maintained.
  • Undertake any additional duties or special projects as directed by the founders or manager to support evolving business needs and objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in graphic design, either in-house or agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand and campaign work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design software.
  • Video editing and motion skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) highly regarded.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about delivering design that makes an impact.
  • Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).
