About the Role:

The Culture, Diversity and Wellbeing Partner supports the delivery of initiatives that foster a psychologically safe, inclusive, and values-aligned workplace. The role contributes subject matter expertise and data-informed insights to embed respectful behaviours, strengthen diversity and inclusion practices, and promote employee wellbeing in line with Forensicare's strategic priorities.

Duties:

  • Support the implementation of diversity, equity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives
  • Provide advice to leaders and teams on inclusive practices and respectful behaviours
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate inclusive and wellbeing-focused practices
  • Assist in the development and delivery of programs that build inclusive capability, promote employee wellbeing, and foster a culture of belonging.

About You:

  • Qualifications in diversity and inclusion, human resources, psychology, organisational development, social sciences or a related field will be highly regarded
  • Sound understanding of DEIW legislative requirements and workplace health and wellbeing frameworks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
