At Woodfrog Bakery, we are proud of creating incredible artisan sourdoughs, specialty breads, and pastries that are baked fresh daily and shared with our growing number of customers across Melbourne.
With multiple new stores set to open and major developments underway in our retail, wholesale and manufacturing operations, the next 6 to 18 months will be an exciting period of transformation and growth, making this the perfect time to join Woodfrog Bakery.
As a Store Manager, you will lead 2 stores geographically close to Kew and Victoria Gardens area, over 4 to 5 days.
To be successful in this position, you would need to:
Have an open and growth-oriented mindset
Lead with energy, positivity, and a coaching style that inspires your team
Be accountable and driven to own outcomes across your group of stores
- Enjoy being largely 'on the floor' working shoulder to shoulder with your team (and sometimes on your own)
Appreciate having a rotating roster, that includes a balance of weekday and weekends (we don't trade late)
Role model our vision and values every day
Bring experience as a high-performing store manager or department manager in a Big Box environment (e.g. supermarkets)
Deliver a consistently engaging customer experience
Deliver consistently against KPIs and balanced scorecard metrics such as safety, sales, profit, customer & team engagement
