This store will be a modern, consulting-driven space where customers can explore and engage with all our innovative brands. We're looking for a Store Manager who can bring passion, leadership, and vision to this exciting retail experience.

About the Role

As the Store Manager, you will lead the team to success, managing daily operations, inspiring staff, and delivering world-class customer experience. Your role includes overseeing the store's strategic direction, building an exceptional team, driving in-store communcation and sales,and creating an engaging space where customers can explore innovative solutions for their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire, coach, and develop your team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
  • Drive store performance by achieving sales, margin, and customer engagement targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product consultations and promoting Anker's values.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure in-store sales strategies aligns with overall business operations.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Train top talent while fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Set and execute weekly, monthly, and annual objectives aligned with store goals. Clearly report the store performance to senior management.
