AUSTCORP is seeking a skilled bobcat operator for a growing asphalt and paving company.

If you have experience working in asphalt preparation, grading, and site cleanup using a skid steer (Bobcat), we want to hear from you

Duties Include:

  • Operating skid steer (Bobcat) on asphalt jobsites
  • Assisting with prep work: grading, excavation, base material spreading
  • Hauling and moving asphalt, gravel, and debris
  • Maintaining equipment and reporting any issues
  • Supporting the paving crew as needed to ensure job efficiency and safety

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Proven experience operating Bobcat/skid steer and hold a RII (especially in asphalt or paving)
  • Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
