AAA is seeking an experienced Vacuum Truck and Machine Operator to join our team. You'll work across various projects including vacuum waste management, water blasting and general machine operations.

HR/MR licence + White Card.

Previous vac truck and machinery experience.

Strong safety focus and reliable work ethic.

Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa with unrestricted work rights.

What You'll Be Doing:

Hit the Road with Purpose

  • Drive heavy rigid vacuum trucks across Brisbane, visiting diverse industrial sites
  • Operate state-of-the-art vacuum equipment for everything from industrial cleaning to non-destructive digging
  • Handle specialized tasks like sludge removal, pit and drain cleaning and environmental clean-ups

Make a Real Impact

  • Work on large-scale remediation projects and emergency clean-up responses
  • Operate in challenging environments including confined spaces and elevated platforms
  • Support major industrial maintenance programs for tier-one clients

Stay Hands-On

  • Perform high-pressure water blasting and surface preparation
  • Undertake general machine operations (Excavator, Bobcat, Posi etc)
  • Maintain equipment to the highest standards
  • Complete essential documentation and compliance records
