Security Kerbside Officer

Trident Services Security Pty Ltd is an industry leader in the provision of integrated services, including cleaning and security services in retail centres and airports throughout Australia. We pride ourselves on the delivery of highly proactive and well managed services to our Clients.

Under the direction of the Site Manager (or delegate), and within the established Trident Services Policies and Procedures at the designated locations within the Airport precinct, this role holds accountability for contributing to the seamless running of the designated area. This role is an advocate for Trident Services Aviation and Transport and is focused on being an integral part of the engaged aviation transport team. Kerbside Officer is tasked with creating an exceptional 'customer experience' which will significantly contribute to our clients' achieving their commercial objectives and promoting the desired work culture around the Trident Services Visions and Values of Trust, Resourceful, Ingenious, Dedicated, Expertise, Networking and Teamwork.

The minimum requirements for this position are:

  • Hold a current ASIC
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-developed client service skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Flexibility to work within a rotating 24/7 roster
  • High personal integrity and grooming standards.

Your duties and area of responsibility will include:

  • Reporting and recording incidents and various other activities whilst on shift
  • Responding to all medical and security incidents
  • Responding to emergency events in accordance with site systems and processes
  • Resolving and de-escalating conflicts
  • Providing consistent high quality customer service
  • Maintaining compliance with current legislation in all security and safety procedures
  • Utilising excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Meet and greet passengers / customers upon arrival and departure
  • Efficiently and safely managing passenger and non-passenger flow at front of house
  • Manage vehicular movement
