The role of Training and Compliance Coordinator is crucial in ensuring the development, implementation, and evaluation of effective aviation training programs.
- Responsibilities include creating, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive training programs that adhere to CASR Part 142, Human Factors, Dangerous Goods, and Drug & Alcohol management standards.
- Supporting the Safety Management System through regular safety reporting and collaboration with safety officers to guarantee a safe working environment.
- Managing system access, staff identification, onboarding, and employee compliance tracking processes to maintain organisational efficiency.
- Maintaining organisational compliance with risk registers, safety and quality systems, environmental matters, and corporate regulations.
About You
Candidates for this position should possess a degree in aviation, education, or a related field, or equivalent aviation experience. Additionally, they should hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Managing Aviation Compliance, with prior experience in aviation training and staff compliance oversight.
- Key qualifications include strong knowledge of Human Factors, Non-Technical Skills, aviation safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent organisational, time-management, project planning, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
