We are currently recruiting for an ECT, Team Leader in our Toddler Room , Diploma and Certificate 3 educators

  • Casual float positions available- always the potential to lead to ongoing shifts

  • Regular ISS shifts available weekly

  • Holiday and sick day covers

The Applicant will:

  • Maintain operating standards in accordance with the NQS and Centre Philosophy

  • Align programming and practice with the EYLF and NQS

  • Provide engaging and inclusive educational programs.

  • Actively engage with families to build strong relationships

  • Work collaboratively with the Educational Leader and Director.

  • Show strong leadership skills

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders of the business.

  • Dedicated to work collaboratively in a team environment for the best interests of the children, families and business.

The applicant will report to:

  • Centre Director

The Position will be casual during probation , leading to permanent part-time. Applicants must be available across the rostered hours of 6:30 am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday.

Successful applicants must have:

  • Current Working with Children Check.

  • Work rights to enable you to work in Australia

  • Current Child Protection Training

  • Recognized Diploma Qualifications as approved by Australian Children's Education and Quality Authority (ACECQA)

  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)

  • Professional level of written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated computer literacy skill
