Area Quality Manager

Build and manage a team of Domestic Assistants / Cleaners/ Home Maintenance Specialists across New South Wales to provide industry leading and client focused service to the Home Care sector.

About the Role:

Our purpose is to help elderly people stay independent in their own homes. As we further expand our NSW operations, we are seeking a passionate individual to lead our amazing team of people in this hands-on role.We're looking for someone who:

  • Genuinely wants to help the elderly.
  • Has experience in the home care sector, cleaning sector, or home maintenance section can demonstrate a track record of outstanding service implementation, skills and delivery.
  • Can build, lead, manage and develop a team of Domestic Assistants and Home Maintenance Specialist.
  • Has good people skills and can engage easily and tactfully with our partners and their clients.
  • Is solutions-focused and well organized
  • Track record of managing workplace, health and safety and risk management
  • Is willing to be hands-on as you will be required to cover at times for the team where needed and complete Domestic Assistance activities (basic house cleaning, changing bed linen, washing clothes, dishes etc).
  • Is willing to travel between Sydney and Newcastle (predominantly day travel, with occasional longer trips)
  • Tech savvy and is keen to learn and use our platform.
  • Has a current Australian Driver's License
  • Has a current police check.
  • Has current NDIS Check
  • Has current COVID 19 and Influenza Certificate
